· Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance/ CPA/ ACCA qualification is highly preferred
· Possess 4 years of finance experience within financial industry

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records for both standalone entities and consolidated group results.
• Execute daily finance operations, including ledger transactions, account reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial and management reports for senior management, shareholders, and regulators on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business performance compared to budget.
• Manage annual audit, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting deadlines.
• Develop and organize group consolidated budgets, business plans, and forecasts.
• Create presentation materials for board and board sub-committee meetings.
• Provide precise and timely financial support to third-party business ventures, including maintaining accounts and preparing reports for senior management, shareholders, and regulators.
• Contribute to ad-hoc tasks/projects in support of departmental or company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant certification, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Min 4-5 years of experience in financial or management reporting within Financial industry.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), accounting principles, and tax regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for generating insightful financial data and reports.
• Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint, data visualization, and basic financial modeling are advantageous.
• Strong control mindset with the ability to identify finance risks and implement mitigating controls pragmatically.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Initiative-driven team player capable of working with minimal supervision and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
