Job Descriptions

· Compensation and Benefits admin – Handle payroll processing, OT claims, issue of debit notes, as well as benefits administration such as health screening program handling, medical claims and group insurance claims.

· HR Policy, Organization and other HR-related Compliance operations - Ensure timely update of organization chart to respective Corporate departments for backend systems. Process annual

· Income Tax submission to IRAS, as well as EP/S Pass applications and renewal

· Recruitment and Employee-related Operations - Support recruitment operations such as update on various job portals e.g. MyCareersFuture and download resumes; upkeep of employee details and P-files, conduct orientation for new hires and exit procedures for resignees. Contract renewal and issuance of employment letters.

· Training & Development Operations - Process training applications and maintain training records regularly, including follow-up with staff for post-training feedback.

· Ad-hoc matters - Other administrative duties (e.g. staff request for company letter, window PIC for staff enquiries) and GM’s task support as and when necessary.


Job Requirements

· 3 to 5 years in HR operations & admin

· High integrity and discipline personality with sense of confidentiality

· Experience in EP/S Pass applications, payroll & benefits admin, familiar with MOM policies

· Meticulous and conscientious; high attention to detail and accuracy of the output.

· Systematic - able to keep track of tasks and projects simultaneously (requires multi-tasking).

· Possess good communication skills - professional in handling staff enquiries, pro-active in providing updates.

· Proficient in Timesoft system (HRIS, Payroll & IRAS, OT, Timesheet, Training, Leave modules) and

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
