We are on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to join our passionate team. Responsibilities:
· Social Media Management:
o Plan, create, and execute captivating social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
o Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
o Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
· Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Implement basic SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve search rankings.
o Conduct keyword research and analysis for targeted SEO campaigns.
· Google Ads Management:
o Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
o Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
· Analytics and Reporting:
o Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
· E-commerce Marketplace Expertise:
o Demonstrate interest or experience in managing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
o Optimize product listings and execute marketing strategies tailored to these platforms.
· Out-of-the-Box Thinking:
o Bring a creative and innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
o Explore unconventional ideas to differentiate our brand in the digital space.
· Team Collaboration:
o Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
o Foster a positive team environment and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Marketing or similar field, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO/SEM, and Google Tools.
· Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEMrush.
· Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
· Interest or experience in the health or beauty industry (preffered).
· Eager to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to act quickly and meticulously.
