- Position Title: Accounts Executive (AR)/ Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2900 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing all incoming customer payments, which include securely handling cash and cheque deposits and updating banking records.
- Generating and obtaining approval for official receipts, reconciling bank statements with the ledger, and accurately recording transactions in the System.
- Coordinating with the Sales team to ensure the correct application of payments to invoices and to address any payment discrepancies.
- Managing export-related financial documentation, preparing daily financial statements, and contributing to accounts payable activities as needed.
- Maintaining precise financial records, issuing tax invoices for various incomes, taking part in inventory counts, assisting with cost accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team with month-end activities and other administrative tasks.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, CAT, ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Accounts system.
