- Position Title: Inventory Management Executive
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 6 PM
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts by comparing physical stocktake to the system and address any abnormalities detected.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure reconciliation.
- Determine and account for slow-moving and obsolete stocks in store.
- Track near-expiry stocks and report them to the MD.
- Efficiently manage reconciliation of damaged and ageing stocks.
- Effectively handle store transfers and stock adjustments.
- Review workflows and collaborate with relevant departments to implement preventive measures for reducing stock loss.
- Timely resolution of any inventory issues.
- Prepare and submit the Weekly Inventory Report to the MD.
- Provide assistance during internal and external annual audit stocktake.
- Fulfill other ad hoc projects or responsibilities as required.

- At least NITEC with minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
- Proficient with Navision will be an advantage.
