Job Description

- Position Title: Field Service Engineer
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + $500 Transportation Allowance + OT + Standby Allowance + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, support, upgrade, and maintain various types of equipment.
- Execute moderate to complex assignments including diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions and making necessary adjustments.
- Understand and apply knowledge of system parameters and interactions for process development and advanced electronic-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and maintain high levels of customer and company satisfaction.
- Offer direct, hands-on support for machinery at customer sites.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports post-service activities.
- Manage and use specific jigs effectively during service tasks.
- Assist senior engineers with advanced-level functions, like robot teaching and handling sub-units.
- Conduct ad-hoc delivery of equipment or parts as needed.

- Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering, or related.
- Cleanroom working experience will be highly advantageous.
- Experience in machine set-up/installation/modification/servicing/troubleshooting/repair.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with standing by/working after working hours.
- Comfortable with travelling occasionally.
