Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Industrial Machinery
  • Position Title: Admin & HR Assistant (Part-Time)
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 3 days (8 am – 5:30 pm/6pm)
  • Salary Package: $1,400
  • Duration: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones, data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist and support HR-related tasks & general HR activity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support company operations and contribute to team efforts.

  • GCE ‘O’ levels and above.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR & Admin experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
