Responsibilities:
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations
- Assist customers with orders and remain updated on current menu choices
- Accepting and informing the relevant staff about allergies, feedbacks, dietary preferences as well as food and beverage requests
- Serve guests to the restaurant’s standards and maintain comfortable dining environment
- Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed
- Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar
- Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request
- Responsible for the precision of food & beverage dishes, delivering complete orders to the correct table or take-out counter promptly and accurately
Requirements:
- Physically fit
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent
- No official experience required. Training can be provided
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant’s operations, as needed
