Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of mixed rice dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of necessary ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Chinese Cuisine.
- Minimum technical certificate or certificate in any relevant fields.
- Great team player and customer service oriented.
- Possess strong initiative and integrity.
- Willing to learn and adapt to various line positions.
- Willing tto work 6 days per week
