Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Greet customers & follow up sales.
- Help customers find suitable printing material.
- Check for stock and order requested for customers.
- Provide customers with information about items.
- Ring up purchases.
- Elevate complaints to management.
- Keep track of inventory.
Salesperson Requirements:
- A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills English and Chinese
- Flexible work hours.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Basic computer skills. Excel and Words
- Prior experience in retail & wholesales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Motivation to work independently.
