Head of Treasury

Klaytn Foundation aspires to be a blockchain platform that is straightforward and easy to use for normal users and developers alike. We build products to assist development on top of the fastest blockchain in the world. Our aim is to provide everything about blockchain from the platform to development tools and actual application.

Currently, Klaytn Foundation is looking for a new team lead to manage our financial operations and provide assistance with our financial strategies.

Job Description:

· Apply conventional internal finance principles to a crypto/blockchain environment

· Managing the Foundation's financial portfolio of fiat and cryptocurrency;

· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, including payroll, incoming and outgoing invoices, expense reports and receipts, and cryptocurrency transactions;

· Prepare monthly and quarterly status reports for management and other key team members;

· Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company;

· Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

· Prepare for bookkeeping and completing or overseeing the bookkeeping activities for the company, including general requests to and from the external tax accountant;

· Participate in strategic data analysis, research, forecasting, validation of plans, and modeling for senior company leadership, along with assisting with high-level decisions about policy and financial strategy;

· Assist with the budget tracking and reporting necessary for projects and grants;

· Manage the financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, and the integrity of the data;

· Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organizational financial documents;

· Lead accounting and financial process improvement efforts, including ways to optimize efficiency.

· Optimally manage the Foundation’s crypto asset

· Manage crypto treasury operations

· Invest the Foundation’s working capital, and provide financial planning and analysis for consistent Foundation operations

· Manage Eco Funds operated by individual Venture Capitals

· Allocate governance fund budgets to each ecosystem project

· Manage other core crypto transactional activities

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience

4. Able to work independently and ability to multi-task

6. Good leadership
