Sales and Marketing Development and Execution
• Achieve and exceed regional sales and financial budget and operational objectives.
• Drive growth on strategic focus products by increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty to Avanos Pain products.
• Support forecasting of the regional financial and sales budgeting.
• Support in the schedule of expenditures and analyze expenditure variances, initiate corrective actions.
• Closely monitor market trends, market/product share, pricings, clinical practice, procedural knowledge, and customer insights.
• Gather customer feedback and resolve issues. Proactively anticipate issues and address potential problems.
• Work closely with Business Development Manager, Central Asia, Sales Team and APAC Marketing Directors in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and drive key growth opportunities by developing and executing innovative programs.
• Lead commercial, marketing, distributor and customer events & campaigns.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials and marketing tools.
• Organize and conduct product trainings to direct customers and distributors, not limited to educational and clinical workshops.
• Network, build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers. Manage distributorships.
• Support and guide surgeons on the use of best-practice application of Avanos products in the operating theatre environment.
• Maintain high level of customer-service standards.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RAQA) and Regional Marketing teams on product launch plan and manage product life cycle.
Administration
• Work with Marketing to maintain product catalogues’ accuracy and completeness of information.
• Attend conferences, seminars and workshops to demonstrate AVANOS’ products and periodically review our promotional materials.
• Submit reports (brand, category, financial metrics, stocks) and marketing calendars on a timeline agreed basis.
• Review and escalate product complaints.
• Support in audits.
• Complete and maintain compliance in trainings.
• Ensure compliance and highest integrity.
Qualifications / Skills Required
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology or Science background.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Track record of profit/margin maximization, revenue growth, execute programs, manage projects and campaigns.
• Possess product training experience to clinical users and distributors.
• Strong understanding and identification of customers and their needs, clinical environment, competitive landscape and trends.
• Experience creating clinical acceptance and drive adoption of new treatments/therapies/technologies.
• Broad-based knowledge of medical consumables sales and marketing processes.
• Experience working in MNCs and interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
• Knowledge in medical device industry, support surgeons in theatre environment, sales, marketing and/or relevant setting in Central Asia highly desired.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented with a drive and passion to succeed.

• Experience in SalesForce.com and SAP will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business.
• Willing to support operating procedures in the hospitals on weekends from time-to-time as required.
