Our client is leading player in automotive servicing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Human Resource Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Duties of Human Resource Manager:
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements.
- Conduct salary benchmarking for new hires and adjustments for current employees.
- Handle government disbursements for various allowances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with operations and management to assess manpower needs.
- Lead annual performance evaluation process and manage salary adjustments.
- Monitor staff evaluations and track core competencies.
- Coordinate training courses for employees.
- Manage company's general insurance needs with external agents.
- Record minutes in monthly meetings.
- Oversee other HR projects and administrative tasks as delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
