Contract Analyst, Project Management Office

Responsibiities :-

  • Establish and maintain the governance guidelines for projects execution;
  • Ensure project implementation process adherence to governance guidelines;
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with business unit’s practices;
  • Identify and support all projects issues and risks;
  • Track overall progress of IT projects;
  • Acts as a single point of contact for IT project status.


Requirements :-

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • 5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role;
  • Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities;
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills;
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skill;
  • Successful experience and outcomes leading a PMO;
  • A Scrum master and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
