Responsibiities :-
- Establish and maintain the governance guidelines for projects execution;
- Ensure project implementation process adherence to governance guidelines;
- Define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with business unit’s practices;
- Identify and support all projects issues and risks;
- Track overall progress of IT projects;
- Acts as a single point of contact for IT project status.
Requirements :-
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- 5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role;
- Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Strong leadership skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to details and technicalities;
- Excellent organizational and technical skills;
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skill;
- Successful experience and outcomes leading a PMO;
- A Scrum master and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
