We are looking for Locum Staff Nurses to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Conduct home visits and nursing assessments for referred chronic/palliative patients
- Coordinate with doctors for medical assessments and follow-up visits
- Monitor medication adherence and perform nursing procedures as required
- Develop care plans and educate caregivers/families for continued home care
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in nursing
- Have valid SNB and BCLS
