Key responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Full spectrum of HR operations covering payroll, employee full life cycle, recruitment, disciplinary & counselling, compensation & benefits, payroll & other ad hoc tasks assigned.
- Oversee & backup HR and Admin functions in regional offices (CN, US & UK), ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, deductions, taxes, reimbursement, and claims submissions.
- Responsible in recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process, including job posting, scheduling interviewing, conducting new employee orientations & processing of work pass and tax clearance.
- Handle employee inquires on all HR policies & procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance & HR databases.
- Assist in development & implementation of HR standard operating procedures.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies on participation of mandatory surveys.
- Assist to manage employees’ appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus including preparation of all HR related letters.
- Responsiblein annual audit & budgeting.
Office Administration
- Full spectrum of administrative duties including receptionist duties, courier handling & office cleanliness & other ad hoc tasks assigned.
- Review and manage contracts/service agreement for office premise such as lease agreement, maintenance agreement, insurance renewals & etc.
- Manage telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies, stationery and pantry items etc
- Provide secretarial support to Directors – travel arrangements, calendars, appointments scheduling & etc
Knowledge and skill requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Admin
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
