Job Description
- Responsible for the site coordination and be the liaison person with LTA, authorities and consultants for submission
- Responsible for the coordination & supervision for installation, testing and commissioning services of projects undertaken by the company e.g. electrical systems, ACMV systems etc.
- Ability to coordinate with interface contractors and consultants for Engineering issues and shop floor drawings
- Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
- Ability to resolve all issues related to M&E installations, quality & defects works, handover rectifications etc.
- To detect and resolve M&E services clashes shown on BIM model
Requirements
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in leading civil infrastructure works
- Experience in CCSM, SEM and SWC activities
- Familiar with BIM / Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD
- Positive attitude and a team player
