Job Responsibilies:
- Execution of output targets and achievement of production targets.
- Continuously improve quality and achieve company quality standards.
- Continue to control budget costs and strive for profits.
- Ensure factory-wide workplace safety and environmental protection requirements.
- Supervise the mass production preparation of the machine and meet production requirements
- Improve factory machine stability and productivity.
- Supervise the subordinate departments to implement the department training plan.
- Carry out tasks assigned by superior supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years in similar capacity and working experience in the semiconductor environment
- Dynamic and resourceful person with good analytical, organizational and leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Prepared to take on challenges, calculated risk and manage changes at all times
