Job Responsibilities:


· Clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, uploading and renaming of documents

· Booking of meeting rooms and attending to clients arriving for meetings

· Maintain clean reception area, meeting rooms and pantry

· Serving drinks and directing client to meeting rooms before informing Financial Advisors

· Ordering and monitoring of office, pantry and toilet supplies

· Create Purchase Orders for any ordering of office supplies and follow up with the invoices

· Coordinating all other front desk activities

· Collecting and segregating mails daily

· Mail out cheques and dropping off cheques at quick cheque deposit box

· Arranging for local and overseas couriers

· Provide administrative support to admin and accounting department

· Data entry duties

· Submitting business to providers

· Any other adhoc duties


Job Requirements:


· Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level/Nitec, Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field

· Minimum 2 years related experience as a receptionist/administrative role

· Must be IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent, initiative, responsible, attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

· Energetic and eager to learn new skills

· Great teamwork among peers

· Able to start work immediately
