JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Catering Solutions Pte. Ltd.

Working Hours: 5 days work week.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities.
    Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about key market drivers.
  2. Lead Generation:Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing
  3. Client Relationship Building:Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
  4. Proposal Development:Work closely with the senior business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
    Customize proposals based on client requirements and feedback.
  5. Sales Negotiation:Participate in negotiation processes, addressing client concerns and ensuring a win-win outcome.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are communicated and met.
  6. Achieving Sales Targets:Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the senior management.
    Track and report progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Market Expansion:Identify opportunities for market expansion and assist in the development and execution of market entry strategies.
  8. Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
