Responsibilities:

  • Assist with membership amendments including, but not limited to reinstatements, category changes, suspensions, and updates.
  • Inquiry support regarding commissions, memberships, members online portal and marketing plans.
  • Utilising system databases to execute routine membership related tasks.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the team.
  • Generate monthly membership and sales reports.
  • Provide quality checks and feedback to the IT department for software bugs, untranslated contents, and other user interface features on the company websites & mobile App.
  • Ensure proper online and offline document management.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Communications, or related fields
  • One year of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
  • Bilingual in both Chinese and English (to liaise with Chinese business associates)
  • Meticulous, detail and good organization skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
