Responsibilities:
- Assist with membership amendments including, but not limited to reinstatements, category changes, suspensions, and updates.
- Inquiry support regarding commissions, memberships, members online portal and marketing plans.
- Utilising system databases to execute routine membership related tasks.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the team.
- Generate monthly membership and sales reports.
- Provide quality checks and feedback to the IT department for software bugs, untranslated contents, and other user interface features on the company websites & mobile App.
- Ensure proper online and offline document management.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Communications, or related fields
- One year of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
- Bilingual in both Chinese and English (to liaise with Chinese business associates)
- Meticulous, detail and good organization skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
