Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize Xero accounting software to manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, as well as periodic financial analyses.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and changes in Xero software functionality.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
- Prior experience in using other accounting software platforms in addition to Xero.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
