Responsibilities
- Arrange for interviews with shortlisted candidates as well as recruitment agencies.
- Assist in the collection and verification of candidates' documents and certificates.
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates.
- Prepare employment contracts and make offer to selected non-exempt candidates.
- Update and maintain personnel files and records in HRIS systems.
- Arrange hotel accommodation & relocation-related matters
- Provide administrative support for onboarding such as staff ID cards, name tags, coordinate orientation programme and logistics and deploy new staff to respective departments.
- Assist screening of bio-data, co-ordinate with overseas/local recruitment agent on logistics issues, verify documents for all overseas recruitment (where applicable).
- Ensure timely processing of renewal, application and payment of SNB, AHPC and SMC practicing certificates for all nurses, allied health professionals and doctors.
- Administer pass applications, leaves and benefits.
- Track and process staff confirmation, extension of probation and contract renewals.
- Issuance of salary letters relating to promotion, upgrading, re-designation and contract renewal and/or any other salary adjustments.
- Ensure timely processing of agency payments, applicable staff allowances and advance salaries.
- Process cessation of employment eg. arrangement of exit interviews, computation of pro-rated relocation allowance, booking of airfare and cancellation of passes for staff.
- Process Gift Declarations as in accordance to policies.
Requirements
- Min Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
