Job Resposibilities:
- Exercise good cost and inventory management practices and controls.
- Able to follow and cook according to menu planned and Chef instructions.
- Check goods receivable from suppliers and store them accordingly to hygiene and food safety standard.
- Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all time
- Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants with 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.
- Working Experience in a kitchen role, preferably in western cuisine.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to manage stress well.
- Energetic, co-operative, initiative and well personal hygiene.
