Business Solutions Lead

The Head of Client Solutions is responsible for managing the client relationship from a solutions perspective for both new business sales and retention. This includes understanding the client’s business, their specific needs and requirements, and then aligning the company’s capabilities to deliver on those needs. The Head of Client Solutions must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with F&B operational experience. They must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain client relationships including client communication, strategy development, F&B concept presentations, project management and progress reporting.
  • Establish sales and retention growth plans through new and incremental opportunities to include current contract’s organic growth areas.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams of operations, sales, retention, finance marketing and procurement to implement and deliver on client commitments for service improvements and organic growth.
  • Identify potential opportunities to renew contracts through PRE-EMPT to avoid re-tender, and the relevant MUST WIN that would be addressed for the client in the strategy proposed
  • Handle new account kick off meetings and ensure smooth transitioning from sales to operations.
  • Handle client / customer surveys, coordinate internal resources to fulfil client delivery and manage effective communication.
  • To use the WAMS tools and techniques at all stages of the process

Experience


  • Proven track record in sales and operations to deliver sales targets and service improvements
  • Adaptable and able to think strategically, anticipate future needs and trends, and develop and execute long-term plans to achieve business goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written / oral to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders about complex ideas and solutions, persuade and influence others to take action.
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment following structured processes and ways of working.
  • The ability to work with a variety of systems and analyse data.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree preferably in F&B / Soft FM related subjects
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience
  • Good understanding of market trend in the local F&B, Service or hospitality industry will be advantageous.
  • Possess high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
