Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine according to menu planned.
- Check goods receivable from suppliers and store them accordingly to hygiene and food safety standard.
- Cook accordingly to correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage.
- Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all time.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants with 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to manage stress well.
Working Location:Tuas
Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday - Saturday
