Reporting to the Assistant Director, Communications,
You will develop a framework that would facilitate greater community engagement and volunteerism aligned to the vision and mission of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). You will raise SCH’s good corporate citizenship endeavours through management and development of community outreach projects with government, commercial and VWOs.
You will engage volunteers and corporate partners in patient engagement programmes and activities in support of Social Prescribing to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. You will lead in the development of fundraising strategies and donor management for internal and external prospects for SCH. You will lead the hospital’s fundraising efforts, including identification, engagement, solicitation and stewardship of donors, and formulating cases-for-support.
· Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Social Science
· At least 8 years’ experience in community relations and fundraising in a service-oriented organisation with 2 years of managerial/ supervisory experience
· Strong interpersonal relations, resourceful
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently
