Ensures the cleanliness and orderly presentation of assigned service apartments and maintains a positive overall impression of the hotel in accordance with the hotel’s procedures and standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning an allocated number of apartments set by the Guest Room Team Leader according to working procedures.
- Clean bedrooms change bed linen, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors and replenish all guest supplies.
- Wash bathrooms, wash glasses, replenish all towels and bathroom amenities. Empty rubbish bin.
- Clean living rooms, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors and replenish all guest supplies.
- Clean kitchen and all kitchen appliances and equipment, wash cutleries, crockeries, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Empty rubbish bin.
- Maintain all Housekeeping cleaning machine and equipment in good working condition.
- Report to Guest Room Team Leader for any loss and damage to linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Put in and set-up rollaway beds and baby-cots, Deliver electrical plugs or any special requests by guests.
- Report any repairs and damages in need of maintenance to Guest Room Team Leader discovered in apartments or working areas.
