Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of new IT projects
- Collaborate with the IT team to set up and configure computer systems and software applications
- Support system upgrades, installations, and software updates
- Provide timely and effective responses to user inquiries and resolve IT-related problems
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic learner, thriving in dynamic environments
- Seeking full-time interns for a comprehensive 6-month engagement, and part-time interns committed to at least 3 working days a week
