Location: Mapletree Business City (MRT: Labrador Park)
Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 9 to 12 Months Contract
Salary: Up to $ 2,700 per month + Allowance + AWS
What you will be working on?
- Assist in helpdesk function for users of the website & application etc.,
- Handle incoming calls from users
- Perform data entry and record management
- Assist users to solve basic technical problems such as password reset
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum O-Level in any discipline with good command in English.
- Prior call centre experience would be an advantageous.
