Job Description & Requirements
- Assist Senior Restaurant Manager in the smooth functioning of operation
- Handle and attend to customer complaints
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the operation hall
- Assist Restaurant Manager in weekly staff duty roster, replenishment of supplies and menu preparation
- Experience in restaurant and outdoor sales orders
- Experience in wedding banquet
- Able to work all weekends, all Public Holidays and Chinese New Year
- Experience in handling outdoor events
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure high service standard and cleanliness of restaurant
- Assist Senior Manager in staff work performance, image, discipline and on the job training
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Senior Restaurant Manager
