KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This is an important role with a number of key responsibilities, including:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment candidates. This will include gaining a detailed understanding of the drivers of returns and valuations for the business in question and financial analysis based on detailed financial modelling.
- Present company and industry analysis to the team, and clearly articulate and debate the key drivers of the business and valuation.
- Actively engage in debates and discussions of stock and portfolio ideas from other team members.
- Contribute to portfolio construction and stock position discussions.
- Working with members of other focus teams to leverage expertise and work across the equity platform.
- Support the marketing effort as necessary.

We are looking for the following experience:
- Around 5-10 years’ investment experience as a stock picker covering GEM markets
- Strong and appropriate academic qualifications – preference for postgraduates
- CFA Charter holder would be an advantage.
- Valuation driven investor with ESG integral to investing process
- Strong track record relative to a valuation driven style
