JOB SCOPES:
- Process application forms for the financial aid scheme efficiently and accurately.
- Verify and review supporting documents submitted with applications to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.
- Follow up with applicants to obtain any missing information or documentation.
- Edit and update accurate information onto the processing system for loans applications and travel awards.
- Assist in answering role-based emails and phone calls related to financial aid enquiries.
- Provide financial counseling and recommend appropriate financial aid schemes through assessment of students' needs.
- Perform sorting and filing of documents to maintain organized records.
- Assist in completing ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
