About NETS
The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.
The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 120,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.
Overall Function
- To support NETS Resolution & Settlement team in -resolving consumers & merchants disputes.
- This position requires individual to meticulously investigate day-to-day Merchant or Consumer exceptions via internal NETS systems and resolving them.
- To prepare and provide evidence to approver for resolution of such cases.
Key Responsibilities
To monitor daily reports.
To monitor daily ServiceNow tickets.
To investigate and process QR claims upon request from banks or consumers.
To investigate and monitor unconfirmed transactions and perform adjustments via internal systems.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispute Handling field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Team player and effective communicator.
