Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on our Remote Monitoring System
- Handle customer enquires
- Assist with setup of configuration of Remote Monitoring System and understand customer needs
- Conduct presentation and training to customer
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- At least diploma in Info-comm/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding in IoT, data processing, and communication infrastructure both software and hardware
- Able to work independently, pro-active and result driven
- Good communication skills
- Customer service oriented & able to handle difficult customer
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice
