Responsibilities:
- Control day to day operation of the company (Sales, Production, Supply Chain: Procurement, Planning, Logistics & Warehouse)
- Responsible for increasing profitability, competitive advantage and sales volume(Local Sales)
- Review and monitor sales performance on a continuous basis and ensure that sales targets are achieved and met with goals and objectives.
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and meet future growth.
- Monitor “key indicators” in the personnel area and plan for improvement as needed.
- Ensure that the cost, quality, and delivery goals are met.
- Ensures that all technical issues are resolved according to engineering specifications, and that standard work documents are being utilized and maintained.
- Leads the implementation of lean manufacturing principles across the work floor to ensure visual management, standard work, 5S, and layout flow and linkage.
- Leads scheduling to ensure that operations run according to established production schedules.
- Heads materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
- Leads production innovation, including additive manufacturing, to enhance production capabilities.
- Partners with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.
- Oversees production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management), maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.
- Manages and supervises the work of manufacturing production disciplines in the Operations function.
