- Support Hr transactions and administrtaion,such as payroll processing and benefits adminisration.
- Maintain accurate HR is data and personnel records,including contracts,benefits and compensation details.
- Excellent communications,interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HR Systems and tools
- Have a depth in Knowledge of MOM policies,rules and regulations
- Ability to work Independently
- Manage Performance appraisal cycles,grievances and performance realted issues.
- Good Working Knowledge of Employment act,local labour legistlations and other statutaory requirements.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on Hr metrics
- Assist in Compensation surveys and revoews to ensure market competitiveness.
