Job Description:
*You are responsible for payroll processing, maintaining payroll records and administering key financial assistance schemes.
*This will involve working closely with the Finance Shared Services Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll;
reviewing and authorising payroll journal entries; reviewing and clearing discrepancies in the Balance Sheet; and
overseeing the financial assistance scheme including payment and maintaining its books.
*You will also work with relevant stakeholders on billings and claims, such as processing staff claims and external appointment claims.
*Other duties include preparing reports, assisting the Chief Financial Officer in costing exercises and ad hoc projects assigned.
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accounting / Business or equivalent with at least 6 years’ relevant payroll experience, preferably in public sector
