Jobs Responsibilities
- Undertake a gap analysis against new regulations and devise project plans to address any gaps.
- Collaborate with Risk Subject Matter Experts and other functions in the first and second line, such as Procurement, Business Continuity, Compliance, Legal and teams managing operational resilience and third-party risk, in order to design, build and implement changes to governance framework, including controls, monitoring, reporting and escalation mechanisms
- Work with relevant stakeholders to design tools and templates to embed frameworks.
- Chair project steering groups and monitor project progress, remove barriers, drive progress and provide status updates.
- Connect with BAU functions to undertake horizon scanning to identify other factors that impact these functional areas, for example other similar local resilience regulations
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in operational risk/BCP/BCM/Business Continuity
