The Job
- Recommend and implement practices for reducing work risks, enhancing safety awareness, and improving safe practices.
- Evaluate HSSE Management System for deviations, weaknesses, and organizational changes, suggesting improvements.
- Organize in-house training and safety activities for all staff members.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to rectify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Investigate incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
The Talent
- Possess at least 2 years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Hold a relevant and related Diploma.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge of WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH Act and Environment)
- Ability to work independently.
