Education :
- Relevant degree / Diploma in film production, animation, visual efffects, or related fields
Technical Proficiencies :
- Familiarity with XR / green screen platforms and tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, or similar.
- Experience in motion capture systems and techniques.
- Strong knowledge in real-time rendering and visual effects.
- Knowledge in using virtual cameras and LED walls for real-time compositing. (training will be provided).
- Knowledge with VR/AR hardware like camera tracking system, media server, etc. (training will be provided).
Software Skills :
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- Proficiency in post-production software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience :
- Prior work on Virtual production sets or with XR / green screen content creation.
- Collaborative projects in filmmaking, gaming, or live events involving XR / green screen.
- Demonstrated experience in both pre-production (planning, storyboarding, asset creation) and post production (editing, compositing, VFX).
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem -solving capabilities and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Ability to understand directorial vision and collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members.
Relevant Certifications :(optional but beneficial)
- Unreal Engine certifications.
- Unity certified developer or similar credentials.
Portfolio & Reel :
- a portfolio or reel showcasing previous XR / green screen projects, virtual sets, animation, and other relevant works.
Knowledge of Film and Television Production :
- An understanding of traditional film and TV production workflows and how virtual production integrates with them.
Passion for Innovation :
- A demonstrated interest in staying updated with the latest trends in XR and virtual production technologies.
Project Management Skills :
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
