Responsibilities
Sales focus: Emphasis on farming sales (80%) with hunting sales (20%).
- Servicing existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules to visit existing and potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Customizing sales presentations based on the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focusing sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential dealer volumes.
- Placing orders using price lists and product literature.
- Providing regular activity and results reports to management.
- Monitoring competition by gathering marketplace information.
- Recommending changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluation and competitive developments.
- Addressing customer complaints by investigating issues and proposing solutions.
- Staying updated with professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks.
- Maintaining sales records for areas and customers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in ship equipment industry.
- Ability to undertake overseas business trips in ASEAN regions at least once a month.
