Office Administrator with HR Responsibilities (Dip / 3 Yrs Exp / Perm / North-West)

Responsibilites

  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including but not limited to cheque deposits, filing, document control, and mail handling.
  • Manage employee tax matters such as IR21 and IR8A submissions.
  • Oversee the probation, confirmation, appraisal, and promotion processes for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support for office operations, including arranging travel logistics such as air tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Administer various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, payroll administration, performance reviews, training and development initiatives, employee relations, and orientation programs.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
  • Manage the application and renewal of permits and passes for both workers and office staff.
  • Handle payroll processing and manage leave applications, including tracking attendance and inputting data into the system.
  • Draft warning letters for employees when necessary and maintain proper documentation.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required by the organization.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English and other language skills will be a plus.
