Role Purpose:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll, CPF and tax reporting’s as per local statutory guidelines.
- Provide human resource services in compensation & benefits, HR planning, HRIS, HR strategy as well as initiate & implement any global HR projects, guidelines and policies.
Main Responsibilities:
Payroll Management (80%)
- Manage and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure timely & accurate processing of monthly payroll, filing of statutory contributions &/or tax clearance as well as posting of general ledger within the stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain data accuracies and alignment between HRIS and Payroll Software.
- Liaise with internal & external auditors on headcount and payroll matters.
- Handle internal customers’ queries, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner.
Compensation and Benefits Management (10%)
- Review and improve the current process in providing solutions to support HRBPs and internal customers.
- Administer employee benefits including leave, medical records, insurance claims, flex-benefits program, employee relations and welfare matters.
- Complete salary and benefits surveys with statutory organizations &/or associations on quarterly basis.
HR Business Partnering (5%)
- Support Country HR Head and HRBPs in providing HR strategies/services and advice to business units that align with the organization’s strategy.
- Create feasible HR solutions, act as a problem-solver and internal business partner within HR dept.
Expatriate Management (5%)
- Review and improve the current process in providing solutions to support HRBPs in the long-term.
- Work with Global Mobility Team and manage the assignees’ remuneration package and contracts, ensuring their smooth transition into Singapore prior to the commencement of their assignments.
- Liaise with tax consultants on their tax matters throughout their assignment period.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Minimum 2 years of payroll management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful and proactive
- Tactful and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
- Good written and spoken communication skills to all levels of stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer and administration skills (i.e. Email, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
