We are actively seeking individuals who possess a deep appreciation for nature to join Flower Affair as Gardeners. Even if you lack prior experience in this role, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
- Watering plants as needed to maintain proper hydration.
- Transferring weeds from garden beds to other areas to uphold a clean and orderly appearance.
- Carrying out basic pruning tasks to support healthy growth.
- Removing horticultural waste such as dead leaves, branches, and debris.
- Undertaking any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
- Providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers with inquiries and offering guidance on plant care.
- Performing repotting duties as required, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of plants during the process.
- Creating terrariums, including selecting suitable plants and arranging them aesthetically within the terrariums.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary.
- Passion for outdoor activities and nature.
- Possession of relevant WSQ certifications is advantageous.
- Minimum must work 21hours per week
