Job Responsibilities:
• Installation, setup, and upkeep of Wintel servers, with a focus on Dell servers, VMware virtualization, Microsoft server solutions, and Symantec security tools.
• Configuration and maintenance oversight of Cisco switches, firewall devices, Fortigate, and A10 load balancers.
• Creation and management of scripts and automation utilities to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency.
• Supervision and maintenance of Tibco, BeyondTrust, Splunk, PRTG monitoring systems, and Luna Network technologies.
• Establishment and maintenance of KeySecure for encryption and key management.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions aligned with business needs.
• Continuous monitoring of system performance, along with troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
• Implementation of server hardening protocols for both Windows and Linux systems.
• Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Wintel servers (especially Dell), VMware, Microsoft server products, Symantec, Cisco switches, firewall devices, Fortigate, and A10 load balancers.
• Familiarity with Tibco, BeyondTrust, Splunk, PRTG monitoring, and Luna Network technologies.
• Skill in scripting and automation tools.
