Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring, supervising and coordinating the maintenance activity
- Prepared of Technical Documentation Co-ordination with other disciplines and providing necessary technical support & Control loop Checking and Testing
- Performs automation maintenance - System back up, recovery and PLC and Drive up-gradation Activities
- Assist with the company’s automation initiatives, such as continuous line operations and problem resolution
- Evaluate and approve the various calibration specifications in line with the product requirements
- Ensure the resolution of various calibration-related inquiries, and implement the necessary corrective/preventive solutions
- Generate various SOPs for instrument calibration, and implement the necessary maintenance plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Review root cause analysis findings/reports for significant equipment failures, and develop potential countermeasures when necessary
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any Engineering or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the relevant industries
- Minimum 10 years of experience in S7 300 PLC Software with design and implementation of Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Control Logix Programming and Troubleshooting using RSLogix5000 with 2 years’ experience as a project coordinator.
- Experience in CMMS,SAP and MES
