Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for maximizing brand visibility, recognition and engagement during trade shows and/or for overall branding
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events aligned with the brand's image and goals
- Develop and implement effective public relations launch strategies for new products, services, or initiatives while evaluating the success through post-event analysis
- Cultivate media relationships to secure coverage and manage press releases. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
- Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters
- Act as a spokesperson for the brand and facilitate media interviews when necessary. Act swiftly to manage and mitigate potential public relations crises
- Develop and implement a robust CRM loyalty program to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Analyze customer data to tailor loyalty initiatives for maximum impact
- Devise and execute digital marketing campaigns while establishing partnerships to generate leads for hair services & trade events to drive sales
- Optimize promotional activities to increase footfall and customer satisfaction
- Utilize SEO, social media, and other digital channels to drive online engagement
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG or beauty industry
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a background in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation & CRM
