Position: Settlement Executive - 6 months maternity cover
Salary range: $3,800 - $4,500
Location: Millenia Tower (Closest MRT: Promenade)
Working hours: 9am – 6pm, 5 working days
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts
· Handle accounts payable and receivable for physical products trading.
· Review trade contracts.
· Coordinate with operations teams on trade and shipment information.
· Follow up on the approval of payments.
· Handle payments for cargo and direct expenses.
· Maintain updated trade information in the system for month-end accounts closing.
· Provide information on payable and receivable for Treasury’s cashflow planning.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Business/Maritime or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling payments and invoicing.
· Letter of Credit (LC) knowledge will be added advantage, but it is not compulsory.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good quantitative skills and meticulous.
· Open to consider candidates with accounting experience
