Job Summary:
The Temp Corporate Support Officer is responsible for providing efficient administrative support for the school.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Reception Counter
- Attend to telephone enquiries, answer and/or transfer of phone calls and take down messages
- Manage the Key Retrieval System to ensure that the school operates smoothly
- Issuance of Loan Items to staff and students with authorized passes
- Process Early Dismissal Forms
- Process, scan and printing circulars, letters and office memoranda.
- Update students’ attendance, change of particulars and mode of transport.
- Update class register and class lists
- Sort, record, and dispatch all incoming mail
- Arrange courier of items and inform person-in-charge to collect items
- Record and dispatch of all outgoing mail
- Filling of records and documentation when required
- Provide for First Aid and First Aid Items
- Attend to the sick person in the Sick Bay
- Attend to the requests made by students
- Perform any school duties, as assigned by the Administrative Executive or School Management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with good office administrative knowledge
- Meticulous with details and good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Be able to work independently as well as within a team
